For Shayla

One of my best friends in the world is getting married later this month! She is one of the most beautiful women I know, inside and out, and while thinking about her, I was reminiscing back on a photoshoot we did many, many years ago when I was just getting into photography. The early light was gorgeous (thank you, Shayla, for getting my butt up early enough for it!) and her and her many horses were a dream. Here are a few of my favorite shots from that day. Congratulations!!

It was wonderful to have a leisurely lunch with my favorite people and catch up on the months and years since we'd all last been together.
